Its great fun to watch all your video clips and see your experiments too. Since that week, back in mid October, I've been doing IF, experimenting with carb cycling, spending a lot of time at the gym, and hoping I can get to where you were at 15 weeks. I started at 220 (I'm 6 foot) and now I'm at 194. Its going well I think, I've gained serious strength (starting from nothing, I didn't have any of the mass that you started out with) and kept the muscle, while losing fat. However, its slower than I had anticipated and taking longer than 15 weeks to see my abs lol:) I'm thinking my last 10-15 pounds is going to be very hard and might go pretty slow. My question to you is: did your 15 weeks start at weighing 230 and you got down so low in just that 15 weeks (I'm a yank, sorry for not using kilos), or had you already lost some of that before you started your serious attempt? Did you find that the fat loss got slower as as the weeks progressed, or was it more steady throughout the whole time? Its always good to know how it works for someone else. I'm in my second week of doing one of Lyle McDonald's protocols, its pretty tough, but I like it so far. I'm hoping it gets me down at least another 10 pounds of fat loss before I take a break. Anyway, always enjoy your posts and take on things:)Erichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05447367721143903131noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7290778640052761749.post-31474927743396499812013-02-05T03:35:29.747-08:002013-02-05T03:35:29.747-08:00Do you also intend to change your diet ?
